New Home Tax Credit Could Save Kentuckians Thousands

ERLANGER, KY - July 8, 2009 - (RealEstateRama) —A new tax credit goes into effect this month that could give some Kentuckians thousands of dollars back on the purchase of a new home. The New Home Tax Credit is an individual income tax credit and applies to a “qualified buyer” who purchases a home on or after July 26, 2009 and before July 26, 2010.
