Bayh Announces $9 Million in Grants for Community Development in Indiana

Washington, DC - September 23, 2009 - (RealEstateRama) — Senator Evan Bayh today announced that Indiana will receive more than $9 million in grants from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to expand affordable housing and improve local communities. The funds were awarded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act as part of the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program.
