COLUMBIA, S.C. - August 12, 2011 - (RealEstateRama) -- South Carolina REALTORS® (SCR) President Rusty Garrett will join Governor Nikki Haley and other business leaders at Daniel Island Real Estate on Monday, August 15 at 10:30 am for a ceremonial bill signing of H.3713, the Point of Sale bill.
