HUD awards more than $4 million in Recovery Act grants to support community development and job growth in Rhode Island

Washington, DC – September 23, 2009 – (RealEstateRama) — In the Obama Administration’s continued effort to stimulate community development and job growth, U.S. Housing and Urban Development Secretary Shaun Donovan today awarded $4 million to five Rhode Island communities, plus the State of Rhode Island, through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (Recovery Act).
