ATLANTA, GA – October 9, 2009 – (RealEstateRama) — If it makes your house safe, if it makes your house livable, if it makes your house comply with local building codes, you can use your federal disaster assistance payment to pay for it. But even the maximum grant payments from the Federal Emergency Management Agency may not cover the complete cost of repairing or rebuilding your home.
