Washington, DC – October 19, 2009 – (RealEstateRama) — Congressman Jack Kingston (R-GA/1) announced today that Economic Opportunity Authority (EOA) for Savannah-Chatham County is the recipient of two grants from the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
