NYS Housing Finance Agency and NYS Affordable Housing Corporation Approve $18.8 million in Financing to Create and Preserve 432 Housing Units

NEW YORK, NY – November 5, 2009 – (RealEstateRama) — The boards of the New York State Housing Finance Agency (HFA) and the New York State Affordable Housing Corporation (AHC) today approved more than $18.8 million in financing to create and preserve 432 affordable housing units throughout New York State.
