City challenges more New Yorkers than ever before to help with annual count

New York, NY – November 18, 2009 – (RealEstateRama) — Department of Homeless Services (DHS) Commissioner Robert V. Hess today announced that the eighth annual Homeless Outreach Population Estimate (HOPE 2010), a survey of individuals living on New York City streets, parks and other public spaces, will be held on the night of Monday, January 25, 2010.
