Constitutional Property Tax Caps Pass House, Advance To Senate

STATEHOUSE – January 12, 2010 – (RealEstateRama) — Representative Jack Lutz (R-Anderson) released the following statement today in response to the passage of HJR1, the constitutional amendment to permanently cap homeowners’ property taxes. The measure passed the House by a vote of 75 to 23.
