HUD awards almost $500,000 to help public housing residents obtain jobs, economic independence

NEW YORK, NY – January 12, 2010 – (RealEstateRama) — The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development today awarded $467,177 to nine public housing authorities to help public housing residents find jobs that lead them toward economic independence.
