Washington, D.C. – March 30, 2010 – (RealEstateRama) — Congressman Pete Visclosky today announced that the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development has issued grants to the Gary Housing Authority and the Housing Authority of the City of Hammond under the Housing Choice Voucher – Family Self Sufficiency (HCV-FSS) program. The funding will support initiatives to help housing voucher recipients obtain employment that will lead to their economic independence and self-sufficiency.
