USDA Announces Demonstration Program To Increase Availability of Affordable, Rural, Multi-Family Housing

WASHINGTON, DC – May 17, 2010 – (RealEstateRama) — Agriculture Under Secretary for Rural Development Dallas Tonsager today announced that USDA is accepting applications for a demonstration program to simplify the loan guarantee process for the construction and operation of affordable, rural multi-family dwellings.
