New York NY – June 2, 2010 – (RealEstateRama) — New York City Economic Development Corporation (NYCEDC) today issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the purchase and development of an approximately 109,000-square-foot vacant industrial property located in the Bathgate section of the Bronx.
