Home-grown food sessions at Salamonie Reservoir in July

June 7, 2010 – (RealEstateRama) — Food preservation classes to teach gardeners how to use the foods they grow will be offered at the Salamonie interpretive center, July 22, 27, and 29.Class I teaches canning basics, class II features freezing tips. In class III, participants can try preserving jams, jellies and fruit. Each class runs from 6 to 9 p.m. and costs $10 per person.
