Rubén Hinojosa (TX-15) announced the Harlingen Housing Authority will receive $128,385,000 from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development-Veterans Affairs Supporting Housing (HUD-VASH) to provide rental assistance for homeless veterans living in Harlingen.
