Douglas leads MERIT’s Orange County community association team for master planned and single family communities. Douglas oversees over 2,900 units in portfolio and master-planned communities throughout Orange County. She is responsible for MERIT’s current association community management clients and will now coordinate and manage new contracts, maintain client relations and spearhead MERIT’s continued growth. Douglas also supervises a staff of five including three community managers and two support staff.
