State housing agency awards $37,500 to Brazos Valley CDC through new rural housing expansion program

AUSTIN, TX – July 8, 2010 – (RealEstateRama) — The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) today announced a $37,500 award to help a regional community development organization access federal grant funds and enhance homeownership for low income residents in a six-county service area.
