TRENTON, N.J. – July 13, 2010 – (RealEstateRama) — New Jersey Department of Community Affairs’ (DCA) Commissioner Lori Grifa today announced that the New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency’s (HMFA) Board approved a financing commitment from the state’s Special Needs Housing Trust Fund
