HUD AND CINCINNATI METROPOLITAN HOUSING AUTHORITY SETTLE RETALIATION AND RACIAL DISCRIMINATION COMPLAINT

WASHINGTON, DC – August 20, 2010 – (RealEstateRama) — The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) today agreed with the Cincinnati Metropolitan Housing Authority (CMHA) to settle a HUD-initiated complaint brought against CMHA for discrimination and retaliation. Also today, Arnold Barnett, formerly the Chairman of the CMHA Board of Commissioners, announced his resignation.
