Houston, TX – August 24, 2010 – (RealEstateRama) — Houston-based Argus Software, Inc. has renewed a 13,635 square foot office lease at The Lakes on Post Oak, located at 3050 Post Oak Boulevard in Houston’s Galleria/Uptown area. In addition, Sudhoff Properties of Houston, Inc. has signed a new lease of 4,216 square feet at the same building.
