Washington, D.C. – November 1, 2010 – (RealEstateRama) — The National Inclusionary Housing Conference will bring state and local housing practitioners and policymakers together with federal policymakers and housing experts to discuss best practices, the latest research and new policy initiatives relative to the creation of mixed income communities. Inclusionary zoning exists in some 300 communities around the country and requires that a portion of homes in new residential developments be created for low and moderate-income households.
