Orange Savings Bank and FHLB Dallas Affordable Housing Grant Aids in Opening of Putnam Place

ORANGE, TX – November 4, 2010 – (RealEstateRama) — Orange Savings Bank and the Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas (FHLB Dallas) are pleased to announce the opening of Putnam Place, which was awarded a $116,404 Affordable Housing Program (AHP) grant from the banks in 2007.
