Torrance, CA – December 17, 2010 – (RealEstateRama) — Hamid Soroudi of Charles Dunn Company’s West Los Angeles office closed a $6.8 million sales transaction of an 18-unit multifamily property at 424 S. Holt Ave. in Los Angeles, Calif. The 27,713-square-foot apartment complex named the Atrium was purchased by a private investor. The seller’s name could not be disclosed.
