PIERRE, S.D. – February 8, 2011 – (RealEstateRama) — Citizens across South Dakota are invited to review and provide comments on South Dakota Housing Development Authority’s (SDHDA) Neighborhood Stabilization Program Plan (NSP) and its appropriation of funds for the redevelopment of abandoned and foreclosed homes.
