Saginaw to Host Historic Preservation Tax Credit Workshop for Commercial and Residential Property Owners

LANSING, MI – March 16, 2011 – (RealEstateRama) — Owners of historic residential and commercial properties are encouraged to attend a workshop on maximizing the use of Federal and State Historic Preservation Tax Credits on Tuesday, March 22. The workshop will be presented by the State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO), the Michigan Historic Preservation Network (MHPN), the National Trust for Historic Preservation (NTHP), and Preservation Saginaw.
