Cottle, the President of Citizens Community Bank in Pocatello, brings 35 years of banking experience to the Board. He is actively involved in the community and participates in Rotary, Boy Scouts of America, the Pocatello Chamber of Commerce, Idaho Food Bank, and is a member of the Bannock Development Corp. board. He is a graduate of the College of Business at Idaho State University in Pocatello. He has an advanced certificate from Pacific Coast Banking School and has participated in various banking seminars and workshops throughout his career.
