Balfour Beatty Communities to Redevelop Housing Neighborhood at Fort Leonard Wood Project

Newtown Square, Pa – September 26, 2011 – (RealEstateRama) — Balfour Beatty Communities, LLC announced today that its Fort Leonard Wood military housing public-private partnership (PPP or P3) project within the U.S. Department of the Army’s Residential Communities Initiative (RCI) Program will begin a redevelopment phase covering the new construction of 160 duplex homes at Fort Leonard Wood. Balfour Beatty Communities will oversee the design, construction, and overall management, maintenance and operational responsibilities for the housing units, which are expected to be completed in 2013
