Baltimore, MD – January 3, 2012 – (RealEstateRama) — Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the $16.25 million sale of White Marsh Commerce Center, comprised of an existing 218,532 square foot, Class A industrial building and a 13 acre development site which can accommodate an additional building of up to 220,000 square feet. The property, 100 percent leased at the time of sale, was acquired by Industrial Income Trust from Corporate Office Properties Trust.
