Tecore Networks and Alliance Technology Group purchase buildings on Hi Tech Drive in Hanover

Baltimore, MD – January 19, 2012 – (RealEstateRama) — Cushman & Wakefield today announced that Tecore Networks has purchased a 48,000-square-foot office building at 7030 Hi Tech Drive in Hanover. This transaction follows the September sale of 7010 Hi Tech Drive, a 40,000-square-foot building, to Alliance Technology Group, LLC. Cushman & Wakefield senior director Hayes Merkert, SIOR represented the buyers in both transactions.
