Robertson represented the seller, Hebron Community Church, and buyer Stroud Development represented itself in the transaction. Stroud purchased the property for a development to serve 64 assisted living and 48 Alzheimer’s and dementia care residents. Stroud will break ground May 2012 and the facility is scheduled to open in 2013.
