Assembly Approves Landmark Foreclosure Fraud Prevention Act of 2012

New York, NY – June 22, 2012 – (RealEstateRama) — Assembly Speaker Sheldon Silver and Judiciary Committee Chair Helene Weinstein today announced the passage of the Foreclosure Fraud Prevention Act of 2012.
