COURT APPROVES FINAL SETTLEMENT THOMPSON v. HUD

WASHINGTON, DC – November 21, 2012 – (RealEstateRama) — The U.S. District Court of Maryland today granted final approval of a settlement of the 17-year-old civil rights case known as Thompson v. HUD, filed by African American public housing residents against the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), the Housing Authority of Baltimore City (HABC), and the City of Baltimore.
