AG Gansler: Talbot County Building Supplies Company and Owner Plead Guilty to Multiple Environmental Violations

Baltimore, MD – December 6, 2012 – (RealEstateRama) — Attorney General Douglas F. Gansler announced today that Purnell A. Shortall and his Talbot County business, Shortall Building Supplies and Hardware, Inc. pleaded guilty to multiple criminal counts of improper solid waste disposal. Mr. Shortall pleaded guilty to conducting open fire burning and maintaining an illegal open dump.
