KEAN INTRODUCES BILL TO REQUIRE ELECTRIC COMPANIES TO ADDRESS FLOODED SUBSTATIONS BEFORE RATE INCREASE

WASHINGTON, D.C. – January 30, 2013 – (RealEstateRama) — Assemblyman Sean T. Kean (R-Monmouth and Ocean) introduced legislation yesterday that requires electric public utilities to implement flood mitigation plans for certain substations and prohibits a rate increase until that plan is implemented.
