Landmarks Preservation Board to consider landmark nomination for Melrose Building and Pinevue Apartment Hotel on Capitol Hill

WASHINGTON, D.C. – February 12, 2013 – (RealEstateRama) — The Landmarks Preservation Board will consider landmark nominations for the Melrose Building at 301-309 E. Pine Street and the Pinevue Apartment Hotel at 313-321 E. Pine Street in Seattle.
