HUD, MINNESOTA CONDO ASSOCIATION SETTLE DISCRIMINATION CLAIM

WASHINGTON, DC – February 13, 2013 – (RealEstateRama) — The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) an-nounced today that a homeowners association and property managers for an Edina, MN, condominium will pay more than $40,000 under a Consent Order resolving allegations that they refused to allow children under the age of 18 to live at the property in violation of the Fair Housing Act.
