WCDA’s Spirit! of Wyoming Program helps Active Military and/or Military Veterans

WASHINGTON, D.C. – February 18, 2013 – (RealEstateRama) — The Wyoming Community Development Authority (WCDA), Wyoming’s affordable housing finance agency, recently lowered the interest rate on its’ Spirit! of Wyoming Loan Program to 2.875%.
