WASHINGTON, D.C. – March 6, 2013 – (RealEstateRama) — Today, Congresswoman Doris Matsui (CA-06) introduced legislation to help homeowners who live in FEMA Special Flood Hazard Areas and whose homes have sustained major damage from a fire or other unforeseen event to rebuild their homes.
