Senator Blunt Applauds $125 Million Grant For Missouri To Continue Rebuilding From Recent Natural Disasters

WASHINGTON, D.C. – March 28, 2013 – (RealEstateRama) — Thanks in part to U.S. Senator Roy Blunt’s (Mo.) ongoing efforts to ensure disaster aid is prioritized for areas most in need, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) announced today that the state of Missouri will receive $125 million in Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding. This grant includes more than $113 million for the City of Joplin to help with recovery efforts after the devastating tornado in 2011
