Himes Announces $320,000 in Grants for Local Affordable Housing Organizations

WASHINGTON, DC – April 25, 2013 – (RealEstateRama) — Congressman Jim Himes (CT-4) announced two grants today totaling $320,000 for local affordable housing organizations. Neighborworks America, a national, federally-funded affordable housing and community development organization, awarded $235,000 to the Housing Development Fund, Inc., of Stamford and $85,000 to the Mutual Housing Association of Southwestern Connecticut, Inc.
