Congressman Andrews Announces New Housing Construction Jobs in Winslow

HADDON HEIGHTS, NJ – May 10, 2013 – (RealEstateRama) — Today, Congressman Andrews announced that a federally backed construction project is underway in Winslow Township, creating 35 new construction jobs according to Eastern Pacific Development. The total construction is expected to cost $60 million, approximately one-fifth of which is paid for through federal tax credits. Congressman Andrews authored a letter to the New Jersey Housing Mortgage and Finance Agency, the state agency in charge of administering the federal funds, advocating for the project as a catalyst for our local economy and job market.
