While at LISC, Harris has been a tremendous voice for healthy, sustainable communities, especially in her home state of Virginia, where she led our Virginia LISC program for nine of her 16 years at LISC, before her promotion to vice president. “We will miss her clear sense of purpose and keen eye for smart, community-focused strategies,” said LISC President and CEO Michael Rubinger. “But this is not good-bye.
