Washington, DC – June 20, 2013 – (RealEstateRama) – Congressman Frank Pallone, Jr. (NJ-06) announced two grants through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Housing Counseling Program to help provide individuals or families with advice and information on housing issues with the goal of expanding homeownership opportunities and improving access to affordable housing. Through this program, the Puerto Rican Association for Human Development in Perth Amboy has been awarded a $15,952 grant, and the Housing Authority of the City of Perth Amboy has been awarded a $20,750 grant
