Driver SPG Awarded $14 Million Project for Interior Renovation of California State Bar

Driver SPG – September 24, 2013 – (RealEstateRama) — C.W. Driver’s Anaheim-based construction affiliate with a focus on renovation, modernization and smaller new construction projects – has been awarded a $14 million interior renovation project for 111,000-square-feet of downtown office space. The property is located at 845 South Figueroa Street. Driver SPG’s fast track project will provide a contemporary new home for the State Bar of California, which will occupy floors 2-5 of the five-story structure. The project is scheduled for completion in December 2013.
