Christie Administration Marks Groundbreaking of Affordable Housing Project Assisted with Federal Sandy Recovery Funds

NEW BRUNSWICK, N.J. – September 25, 2013 – (RealEstateRama) — New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency (HMFA) Executive Director Anthony Marchetta today joined New Jersey Economic Development Authority (EDA) President and Chief Operating Officer Timothy Lizura and representatives of Boraie Development, LLC to break ground on Somerset Mews Apartments, a mixed-use, mixed-income affordable housing project in New Brunswick. This project is the first of 37 affordable housing projects that have been awarded federal Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery funds to break ground.
