DOS Hosts State Fire Prevention and Building Code Council Public Meeting

ALBANY – September 30, 2013 – (RealEstateRama) — The New York Department of State will host a public meeting of the State Fire Prevention and Building Code Council on Tuesday, October 8, 2013, at 10:00 a.m.at the Department of State, 99 Washington Avenue in Albany, 123 William Street in NYC, and 65 Court Street in Buffalo. The Department’s Division of Code Enforcement and Administration oversees the enforcement practices of local governments in matters pertaining to building construction, fire prevention, and energy conservation. The meeting will be held via Videoconferencing.
