LONG-AWAITED SENIOR HOUSING DEVELOPMENT BREAKS GROUND

FARGO, ND – October 10, 2013 – (RealEstateRama) — A long-awaited senior housing project has broken ground in southwest Fargo.
“Public-private partnerships promoted by the Housing Incentive Fund are targeting North Dakota’s greatest housing needs,” Lt. Gov. Drew Wrigley said in an appearance on behalf of the North Dakota Industrial Commission.
