ARLINGTON, Va. – November 1, 2013 – (RealEstateRama) — Arlington’s Emergency Winter Shelter will open for the 2013-2014 season on Friday, November 1 and remain open through March 31, 2014. This is the final winter season that the County plans to operate this shelter before replacing it with a Homeless Services Center, scheduled to open in the fall of 2014.
