MEMPHIS, Tenn., – November 14, 2013 – (RealEstateRama) — Memphis-area home sales for October were flat from a year ago, with 1,378 total sales recorded in the Memphis Area Association of REALTORS® MAARdata property records database. Total sales were up 5.3 percent from September. Average sales price YTD rose 10.7 percent to $143,200. Inventory was down 0.9 percent with 6,615 units listed for sale.
