WASHINGTON, D.C. – November 15, 2013 – (RealEstateRama) — Housing production continues to climb in cities across the Greater Kansas City Metropolitan Area. In fact, the year to date single family total of 3,463 is higher than the entire yearly totals for 2008-2012. Trends show the fourth quarter is off to a strong start as builders make plans for the winter months.
